Hi, I’m Christina Santiago! I’m a local REALTOR®, mom, coffee enthusiast, wife, self pro-claimed sweet treat addict, homeowner—and your go-to professional for all things real estate. ☕🏡

I was born and raised in Oregon, but in 2018 I crossed the river and made Southwest Washington home. Since I’m licensed in both Oregon and Washington, I get the unique experience of living, working, and navigating real estate on both sides of the river. I know the neighborhoods, the pricing, the market differences, and the unique pros and cons of living in each state. I love guiding clients through it all with confidence!

With nearly 10 years of experience as an independent broker, I especially love helping first-time homebuyers navigate what can otherwise feel like an overwhelming process into an exciting, memorable experience.

I’m also well-versed in investment properties, fix-and-flips, and short-term rentals, so whether you’re buying your very first home or building your real estate portfolio, I’m here to support you at any stage of your real state journey.
